All orders are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We can also ship under the customer's UPS account number.

Normal production time is usually 2-3 weeks from the date order is places. Small, unprinted orders may be shipped in less time. Production time will depend on:

• The quantity of the order
• If the product is to be imprinted
• The availability of material
• The sceduled production on the floor at the time of order

Factory authorization must be obtained prior to return of merchandise. Claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods.

All custom orders will require either payment in advance or 50% down payment depending on order. Corporate customers: Net 30 days with pre-arranged credit.

We cannot guarantee the continuity or exact shade of material. Minor differences may occur in fabric weight, fabric finsih, and overall size of finished product.
